I recently went into the bathroom and found this.... As I felt my blood pressure rise a bit, I wondered how this could possibly happen... Was the bit left on the roll defective and could no longer be used? Did the spring mechanism in the roll get stuck and stop functioning? Or was someone just a bit lazy??? Has anyone else encountered this mysterious situation???
When will this stop? Ever?!
